چکیده فارسی
هدف – هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی انتخاب مکان های تعیین شده مراکز لجستیک (LCها) از طریق روش های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره (MCDM) می باشد.
طراحی / روش شناسی / رویکرد – از آنجایی که بیش از یک معیار در ارزیابی مکان های LC وجود دارد، از روش های MCDM استفاده می شود. آنتروپی و اهمیت معیارها از طریق روش های همبستگی بین معیاری (CRITIC) برای تعیین معیارهای اصلی و وزن زیرمعیارها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. روش “سازماندهی به رتبه‌بندی ترجیحی جهت ارزیابی بهتر” (PROMETHEE) برای رتبه‌بندی و ارزیابی ۱۲ گزینه در ترکیه و آنالیز حساسیت بر اساس مقادیر آستانه معیارها و توابع ترجیحی استفاده می‌شود.
یافته ها – جایگزین های احتمالی LC در ترکیه و ۱۲ مکان رتبه بندی شدند. تغییر وزن معیارها به طور معنادار بر نتایج رتبه بندی تأثیر چندانی نداشت. در تجزیه و تحلیل حساسیت مشخص شد معیارهایی که داده های بازار را نمی توان برای آنها به دست آورد (نمره گذاری شده توسط کارشناسان) تفاوتی در رتبه بندی گزینه ها ایجاد نمی کردند یا تفاوت کمی ایجاد کردند.
دستاوردهای عملی – از نظر پایداری، عوامل اقتصادی به همراه ابعاد محیطی و اجتماعی معیارهای مهمی برای شرکت‌های لجستیک و LC هستند. استفاده از این متغیرها در انتخاب مکان LCها تفاوت ایجاد می کند.
نوآوری/ارزش – این مطالعه بر انتخاب مکان LCها، از طریق روش PROMETHEE همراه با توابع ترجیحی ارزیابی شده برای معیارها، با در نظر گرفتن ۹ سناریو که از وزن معیار متغیر که از طریق روش‌های مختلف MCDM محاسبه شده ، تمرکز دارد. نتایج با استفاده از تحلیل حساسیت و در نظر گرفتن جنبه پایداری برای LC ارزیابی می‌شوند. روش های چندگانه به طور مؤثری با هم استفاده شده اند به گونه ای که از یکدیگر پشتیبانی می کنند.

ABSTRACT
Purpose – The purpose of the study is the evaluation of choosing the determined logistics centers’ (LCs’) locations via Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) methods.
Design/methodology/approach – Since there is more than one criterion in the evaluation of LC location, MCDM methods are used. The Entropy and CRiteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) methods are used to determine the main criteria and sub-criteria weights. The Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE)method is used for ranking and evaluating 12 alternatives in Turkey and sensitivity analysis according to the threshold values of criteria and preference functions.
Findings – Possible LC alternatives in Turkey and 12 locations ranked. Changing the criteria weights at a significant level did not affect the ranking results much. In the sensitivity analysis of the criteria for which market data could not be obtained (scored by the experts) it is found that they either made no difference or made little difference in the ranking of the alternatives.
Practical implications – In terms of sustainability, economic factors along with environmental and social dimensions are important criteria for logistics companies and LC. The use of these variables in the LC location selection makes a difference.
Originality/value – This study focuses on LC location selection, via PROMETHEE with evaluated preference functions for criteria, taking into account nine scenarios that use variable criteria weight calculated via different MCDM methods. The results are evaluated by using sensitivity analysis and taking into account the sustainability aspect for LC. Multiple methods have been used effectively together in a way that support each other.

۱.Introduction
Logistics is understood as a network of services that support the physical movement of goods, trade across borders and trade within borders. Logistics includes a range of activities beyond transportation, including warehousing, brokerage, express delivery, terminal operations and related data and information management. The global turnover generated by these networks exceeds 4.3 trillion US$, so a better understanding of logistics operations can be achieved (Arvis et al., 2018). However, the global foreign trade turnover exceeded 35 trillion US$ in 2020 (WTO, 2021). The earnings from these networks have an important place among the global trade figures. With the globalization of production and tradeworldwide, the importance of the logistics sector in terms of supply chain management efficiency is increasing (Rimiene and Grundey, 2007). Logistics centers (LCs)/Freight villages (FVs)/Logistics villages (LVs) are important and effective centers that can be easily opened to produce domestic products introduced to theworld market. ۶.Conclusion
The global turnover generated by logistics networks in world trade, where the global foreign trade turnover exceeds 35 trillion US$ in 2020, exceeds 4.3 trillion US$. In the globalizing world, adding value to products, services and information through various activities within the supply chain is done with logistics. It can be said that the importance of the logistics sector, and therefore the LC, is increasing day by day, as the accessibility to all parts of the world increases, and the world has become a small village. For these reasons, this study is to choose the most suitable one among the alternative LC locations according to the determined criteria. According to this, Kayseri, Konya and Zonguldak, which achieved positive high scores due to their foreign trade structure (import–export amount), trade potential, the importance of economic factors and proximity to transportation networks, ranked in the first three places, respectively.
