چکیده فارسی
در عصر دیجیتال کنونی، ERP به دلیل عملکردهای قدرتمند، کارآمد و جامع در مدیریت کسب و کار، به طور فزاینده ای توسط شرکت های کوچک و متوسط، به ویژه برای رویه های حسابداری مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. در زمینه اقتصاد دانش بنیان، تسلط حسابداران بر دانش مرتبط با کار، از جمله دانش تئوری حسابداری، دانش عملی و دانش عملیاتی سیستم ERP بسیار مهم است. بنابراین، مدیریت دانش حسابداری برای SMEها نیز حیاتی است. توسعه سریع هوش مصنوعی تأثیر تحول آفرینی بر بهبود عملکرد ERP و KM دارد. یک سیستم ERP یکپارچه با استفاده از ظرفیت های هوش مصنوعی و KM احتمالاً کارایی و دقت رویه های حسابداری و همچنین عملکرد SMEها را به عنوان یک کل بهبود می‌بخشد. با این حال، تا به امروز هیچ تحقیق علمی در مورد سیستم ها یا ادغام این سه ظرفیت، در زمینه حسابداری انجام نشده است. این مطالعه از روش‌های تحقیق کمی، یعنی پیمایش و تحلیل کمی استفاده می‌کند تا در مورد اثربخشی یکپارچه‌سازی ERP، KM و AI برای رفع مسائل کاری حسابداری ناشی از کمبود دانش بحث کند. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که مسائل حسابداری با یکپارچه سازی ERP، KM و AI همبستگی منفی دارند. بنابراین، ادغام این سه ظرفیت برای حل این مسائل حسابداری اثربخش می باشد. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق، یک مدل مفهومی برای ادغام ERP، KM و AI ارائه شده است.

امروزه سیستم های برنامه ریزی منابع سازمانی (ERP) به طور فزاینده ای توسط SME ها بکار گرفته می شوند [۱]. مطالعات قبلی نشان داده است که مزایای استفاده از ERP برای شرکت های کوچک و متوسط (SMEها) قابل توجه است. این امر می تواند ۳۹.۸٪ بهبود در عملکرد کسب و کار ایجاد کند و بقا، رشد و رقابت را برای SMEها حفظ کند [۲، ۳]. با این حال، دارای معایبی است، یعنی SME ها اغلب با منابع مالی و فناوری اطلاعات محدود و همچنین محدودیت های زمانی کار می کنند، در نتیجه پیاده سازی و نگهداری سیستم ERP پرهزینه و طولانی است [۱، ۳، ۴]…
Abstract
In the digital era, ERP has been increasingly being adopted by SMEs, especially for accounting practice, because of its powerful, efficient and comprehensive business management functions. In the context of knowledge economy, it is crucial for accountants to master work-related knowledge, including accounting theory knowledge, practical knowledge and ERP system operation knowledge. Therefore, KM of accounting is also vital for SMEs. The rapid development of AI has a disruptive impact on the performance improvement of ERP and KM. An integrated ERP system utilizing AI and KM capabilities will likely improve the efficiency and accuracy of accounting practices, as well as the performance of SMEs as a whole. However, there is no academic research on the system or concept of the integration of the three in accounting field to date. This study employs quantitative research methods, that is, survey and quantitative analysis, in order to discuss the effectiveness of ERP, KM & AI integration for addressing accounting work difficulties caused by the lack of knowledge. The research results indicate that the accounting difficulties are negatively correlated with ERP, KM & AI integration. Therefore, the integration has effectiveness in solving these accounting work-related issues. Based on the research results, a conceptual model of the integration is built in this study.

Today, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are increasingly being adopted by SMEs [1]. Previous studies have shown that the benefits of using ERP for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are considerable. It can produce 39.8% improvement in business performance, and maintains survival, growth and competitiveness for SMEs [2, 3]. However, it has disadvantages, that is, SMEs often operate with limited financial and IT resources as well as time constraints, consequently that implementing and maintaining ERP system is costly and lengthy [1, 3, 4]. ۵.Conclusion
In this study, the quantitative analysis result demonstrates the negative correlations between accounting work-related difficulties resulted from accountants having insufficient knowledge and integration of ERP, KM & AI as an IT application. Thereby, ERP, KM & AI integration plays a positive role in reducing the SMEs’ accounting job difficulties caused by the lack of knowledge. That is to say, the integration is effective in addressing accounting work issues in SMEs. This may be explained by several perspectives. Firstly, the combination of ERP, KM and AI realizes a powerful enterprise management system to deal with accounting affairs, which is necessary and prospective. From the perspective of system concept, ERP is essentially a management information system. Hence, it does not provide knowledge and only serves as a tool to deal with accounting affairs. Accountants still need to use the relevant knowledge in their minds when processing business information and data.
