چکیده فارسی
موضوع رفتار غیر ایمن کارگران ساختمانی یک چالش جهانی می باشد. رفتار ، حاصل شناخت انسان است و پژوهش از دیدگاه شناختی می تواند به طور بالقوه رفتار غیر ایمن را در مبدا آن مهار کند. از این رو، تحقیقات شناخت ایمنی به سرعت در حال گسترش هستند. بسیاری از مطالعات عوامل پیش بینی کننده شناخت ایمنی را مورد بررسی قرار داده‌اند، اما بیشتر آنها فقط بر روی چند مقدمه یا مراحل ابتدایی شناخت ایمنی تمرکز کرده‌اند. هیچ تحقیقی یک بررسی جامع از عوامل پیش بینی کننده شناخت ایمنی ارائه نداده است. بنابراین، برای رفع این شکاف تحقیقاتی، این مقاله قصد دارد ۱) به طور نظام مند وضعیت فعلی تحقیقات مرتبط با عوامل پیش بینی کننده شناخت ایمنی کارگران ساختمانی را به طور خلاصه بیان کرده و ۲) دستورالعمل هایی را برای تحقیقات آینده ارائه دهد. برای دستیابی به این اهداف، ۱۹۸ مقاله جمع‌آوری کرده و مدل مقدماتی شناخت ایمنی کارگران ساختمانی را ارائه کردیم که شامل چهار سطح است: عوامل اجتماعی، عوامل سازمانی، عوامل موقعیتی کار و عوامل فردی. سپس از آنالیز محتوا برای استخراج عوامل پیش بینی کننده، روابط بین این عوامل و روابط بین پیش بینی کننده ها و شناخت ایمنی استفاده شد. در نهایت، برخی از پیشنهادات برای تحقیقات آینده بر اساس بحث های تفصیلی ارائه شد، از جمله ۱) بررسی پیش بینی کننده های شناخت ایمنی از دیدگاه کلی نگر، ۲) بررسی پیش بینی کننده های علی شناختی ایمنی و ۳) بررسی مکانیسم شکست شناخت ایمنی. این مطالعه نظام مند نه تنها درک نظری پیش بینی کننده های شناخت ایمنی کارگران ساختمانی را بهبود می بخشد، بلکه راهنمایی های عملی را برای مدیران ایمنی در مورد چگونگی اصلاح سوگیری های شناخت ایمنی کارگران برای کاهش رفتارهای غیر ایمن ارائه می دهد.

Abstract
The issue of construction workers’ unsafe behavior has been a global challenge. Behavior is a product of human cognition, and research from a cognitive perspective can potentially curb unsafe behavior at its source. Hence, safety cognition research is proliferating quickly. Many studies have explored the antecedents of safety cognition, but most focused on just a few antecedents or stages of safety cognition. No research provides a comprehensive compilation and review of the antecedents of safety cognition. Thus, to fill this research gap, this paper aims to 1) systematically summarize the current state of research on the antecedents of construction workers’ safety cognition and 2) provide directions for future research. To achieve these aims, we collected 198 papers and proposed the antecedents model of construction workers’ safety cognition, which consists of four levels: social factors, organizational factors, work situational factors, and individual factors. Then, content analysis was used to extract antecedents, relationships among antecedents, and relationships between antecedents and safety cognition. Finally, some suggestions for future research were presented based on the in-depth discussion, including 1) exploring antecedents of safety cognition from a holistic perspective 2) exploring the causal antecedents of safety cognition and 3) exploring the mechanism of safety cognitive failure. This systematic review not only improves the theoretical understanding of antecedents of construction workers’ safety cognition but also provides practical guidance to safety managers on how to rectify workers’ biased safety cognition to reduce unsafe behaviors.

Accident rate in the construction industry is consistently high due to the inherent hazards, the ever-changing site environment, and the lack of trained construction workers (Bohm and Harris, 2010). Accident investigations show that the unsafe behavior of the construction workers is the main cause of the accident, and 80–۹۰% of safety accidents are caused by workers’ unsafe behavior (Choi and Lee, 2018). This study reviewed the research about ACWSC and collected 198 papers that met the evaluation criteria. Firstly, based on the modified safety risk management framework, the antecedents model of construction workers’ safety cognition was proposed. The model consists of four levels: social factors, organizational factors, work situational factors, and individual factors. Then, qualitative content analysis was used to extract 1) antecedents, 2) relationships among antecedents and 3) relationships between antecedents and safety cognition.
The results indicated that more studies identified antecedents from a single perspective or just one stage of safety cognition rather than from a holistic perspective, which leads to inconsistent results in existing studies.
