چکیده فارسی
این مقاله به بررسی چگونگی استفاده از فرآیند کاوی برای بررسی انطباق فرآیند در توسعه سیستم اطلاعات سازمانی می‌پردازد. مفهوم استفاده از فرآیند کاوی فراتر از فرآیندهای تجاری جامع در فرآیندهای انسداد باگ دو سیستم سازمانی منبع باز مثال زده شده است. مدل‌های فرآیند و نتایج استخراج‌شده برای ترسیم برخی دستورالعمل‌های عمومی که مدیران پروژه اطلاعات سازمانی می‌توانند برای ارزیابی کیفیت فرآیندهای توسعه سیستم خود اتخاذ کنند، استفاده می‌شوند. بررسی انطباق فرآیند در پایگاه داده Bugzilla برای دو سیستم اطلاعات سازمانی منبع باز با استفاده از Disco انجام می شود. مدل‌های استخراج‌شده بر اساس مستندات پروژه‌ها ارزیابی می‌شوند و با فرآیند انسداد باگ که تیم Bugzilla پیشنهاد می‌کند، مقایسه می‌شوند. یافته ها نشان داد که فرآیندهای دنبال شده در پروژه ها بسیار شبیه به آنچه در مستندات آنها ارائه شده، می باشد و مطابق با دستورالعمل های Bugzilla است. با این حال، چندین تغییر تحت شرایط خاص آشکار می شود. مزایای بالقوه استفاده از تکنیک های فرآیند کاوی برای مدیریت توسعه سیستم اطلاعات به طور کوتاه خلاصه می شود. این تحقیق تجربی مطالعات قبلی را که در زمینه فرآیند کاوی انجام شده است، گسترش می دهد و اهمیت و ضرورت فرآیند کاوی را در توسعه سیستم اطلاعات سازمانی برای کمک به استانداردسازی و بهبود فرآیندهای داخلی یک سازمان و اثبات انطباق توسط همکاران خارجی که در حال توسعه نرم افزار برای یک سازمان می باشند،برجسته می کند. علاوه بر این، از اتخاذ مدل توسعه منبع داخلی توسط بسیاری از شرکت‌های توسعه‌دهنده نرم‌افزار سازمانی امروزه بهره می‌برد.

ABSTRACT
This article investigates how Process Mining may be used to check process conformance in enterprise information system development. The concept of using Process Mining beyond pure business processes is exemplified on the bug closure processes of two open-source enterprise systems. The process models and conclusions extracted are used for drawing some generic guidelines enterprise information project managers can adopt to assess the quality of their system development processes. Process conformance checking is performed in the Bugzilla databases of two open-source enterprise information systems using Disco. The extracted models are assessed based on the documentation of the projects and are compared to the bug closure process Bugzilla team suggests being used. The findings revealed that the processes followed in the projects are very similar to the ones presented in their documentation, conforming with Bugzilla guidelines. However, several variations are revealed under specific circumstances. Potential benefits from applying Process Mining techniques for information system development management are briefly summarized. This empirical research extends previous work that has been performed in the field of Process Mining and highlights the importance and necessity of Process Mining in enterprise informa- tion system development to help standardize and improve the internal processes of an organization and to serve as a proof of compliance by external collaborators developing software for an organization. In addition, it capi- talizes on the adoption of inner source development model by many companies developing enterprise software nowadays.

Process Mining has entered a mature phase since after almost 20 years of research, the field can showcase a combination of scientific re- search, platforms, tools and algorithms. Process Mining has been exten- sively applied in all kinds of fields and sectors like healthcare, insurance, software etc. ( Rojas et al., 2016 , Partington et al., 2015 , Delias et al., 2013 , De Weerdt et al., 2013 , Rubin et al., 2014 , Mahendrawathi et al., 2018 ). With the research interest in the field continuously growing, a se- lection of Process Mining algorithms is made available either on a stan- dalone basis or through platforms that have been designed to facilitate this. ۶.Conclusions
Process Conformance in enterprise information system develop- ment is investigated in this article. The process models extracted from the derived data from the bug repositories of two open-source enterprises systems were analyzed. The extracted models were as- sessed based on the documentation of the projects and were com- pared to the bug closure process Bugzilla team suggests being used. Both projects follow the procedures described in their documenta- tion and they also conform with Bugzilla guidelines. However, several variations exist.
